Work Responsibility & Independent Contractor Agreement
I understand that I am being hired as an independent subcontractor and not as an employee. I will be fully responsible for providing my own tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and all other resources required to complete any assigned work.
Sea Of Glass Sign Painting will not provide materials, tools, or supplies. My payment share includes compensation for labor, materials, transportation, and all job-related expenses.
Revenue Split Agreement
I agree that for all jobs completed under Sea Of Glass Sign Painting:
• 40% of the net proceeds will be paid to Sea Of Glass Sign Painting
• 60% of the net proceeds will be paid to me (Subcontractor)
I understand that my 60% share includes labor, materials, transportation, and all associated costs.
Confidentiality Agreement
I agree to keep all business information confidential, including client details, pricing, and business processes, during and after my work with Sea Of Glass Sign Painting.
